I have been having superb service at House for the past year or so. I had a previous service connection corrected and was extremely satisfied with the service AND the communication regarding the symptoms and solution. The technician was so thorough in his explanation that all my slight worries were eliminated. I next had some accessories installed ( screens over the radiator intakes. The job was completed on time and again I felt very confident of the solution to the desired end results. Today's service - an routine oil/filter/inspection again, was performed with excellence, a lab oil sample was drawn, and the communication of the results of the inspection was excellent resolving all of my obsessive little fears. What a great experience. I usually take my cars to the dealership for maintenance and service but after my amazing experience at HOUSE Automotive, I do not see a reason why I would go to the dealership and pay more for the same service. These guys are very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. My service advisor, Ralph, answered all of my questions and helped me understand my car better for any future service and proper maintenance. He was very professional and knowledgeable about Porsches and made me feel confident that I’ve brought my car to the right place! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

House Automotive provides a dealer level service experience with independent shop prices. Karina, John, Aaron and the rest of the crew always go above and beyond to make sure that my car is well taken care of. They are the only shop that touches my car.

Where do I start, Well first I have brought my 2017 porsche macan turbo to 3 different shops to get fixed. Little Context I recently bought this car and it was doing just well til my temp gauge started acting up then shortly my water pump was no longer working got that fixed. Shortly my serpentine belt ripped due to a snaped tension bolt now i'm completely hating this decision of purchasing this car. So fast forward i've called around with this issue got lucky to speak with John towed the car to get it inspected I relayed the issue told him everything that has happened. Shortly after a quick turn around say about 5 days the broken bolt that was stuck in the block was extracted!!SHOUT OUT TO THE TECH who worked to get it out appreciate you and also brought the car back to factory setting coming to found out that it had a bad tune from the previous owner which was throwing a lot of codes they fixed that issue and on top of all this John and the whole HOUSE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, gave me a deal of a life time to fix all these issues ( broken bolt into the block, Shredded serpentine belt, bad tune on the motor, pdk transmission service, and a bad boost boot.) lets say I walked out of there with my wallet in tact!!!! they truly took care of me and was the best decision I made to take it in there! Truly Thank you john, Mark (tech) And all of the house automotive group for giving exceptional customer service quality craftsmanship and problem solving solutions. Highly Recommend this shop as being in the service industry these are the standards we all deserve thanks again! see you at 100k service!

Very detailed and thorough! From the check in process, (so much easier and pleasant than at any dealer I’ve been to), to their diagnosis. They took their time at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend. We drive way out of our way just to go there. They are that good.

I have been going to these guys for a few years now. They've taken care of my 997 and I can't say enough about the guys over at House in Pasadena. Andy has always been great and has gotten out of a few binds (clutch went out, battery went out, etc) and they always have gone above and beyond to help me out. Most recently, Andy and Ralph helped me get sorted when my car wouldn't start and even offered to help anyway they can. I would 100% recommend this shop for your Porsche needs. Last week House Automotive installed a new exhaust for my 2019 911 Turbo S. Steven and the technicians were patient and very helpful.

Andy at House Automotive was always helpful, candid, and professional. My car had a multitude of issues that were difficult to diagnose. They troubleshot methodically, kept me updated, and thoroughly explained every step. Their honesty is much appreciated. Speaking to Andy, Ralph, and John was very helpful. They are very knowledgeable. The technicians were also very helpful. They got my 99 Boxster running again!

I have brought my Macan S to House multiple times, they do wonderful work at a fair price. They also treat me very well in store and even have treats for my dog. On both inspections they made note of a tear on my forward and rear control arms. House encouraged me to take my vehicle to Porsche so they could fix it under warranty. Lo and behold, I mention the tears to my service advisor in advance of my 40K service. After inspection, they assured me that the control arm bushels were fine. Frustrated and confused, I called House for advice. Karina encouraged me to ask for a photo or video of the control arms because they are visible to the naked eye (which I never would have known). Had I not asked for videos per Karina's advice, I would have likely been SOL and driving an unsafe car that would cost me down the line. This speaks to the honesty and integrity of this team, I will bring my car to House for years to come as I know they are honest and put their customers needs and safety above all else. 2022I took my 2019 Turbo S there for a tune-up, up-grade. Everything about the experience was great, my only problem was navigating the phone system between Pasadena and Encino stores.

Had a fantastic experience here in House Automotive. Andy was my service consultant, and he was friendly and had great communication about how my car was. Also supplied an Uber back home after each visit. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.Went again for my yearly oil change. Ralph was my service guy; it was a very good and problem-free experience.

I recently took my Porsche Cayman S to House Automotive in Encino to have my PDK transmission diagnosed and repaired. I was very happy with the service. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Karina Enriquez, Client Relations Manager. Karina greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and took detailed notes as I explained the nature of the issues I was having with my PDK. She then introduced me to Albert Janjaroen, Director, who took the time to ask about the car’s service history and discussed diagnosing the PDK and possible outcomes. Karina explained how she would keep me in the loop by giving me status reports. Given the nature of the PDK work, my car was in the shop for several days. Karina was great at keeping the lines of communication open during the entire process and, as promised, gave me progress reports at the close of business every day. I really appreciated that. I have worked with other repair shops where I have had to chase them down to get updates. That is not the case here. Karina provides stellar customer service. She is cheerful, knowledgeable and reliable. Albert was a pleasure to work with as well. Whenever I had a technical question, I was able to talk to Albert directly. They have earned my business. House Automotive is now my go to independent Porsche shop. I highly recommend them!

I had an itch to bring out a more aggressive exhaust note from my 958 Cayenne GTS. I can’t imagine why anyone would go to a dealership when there is this option for your Porsche. Appointments are easily scheduled online or by phone and the staff couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful. They don’t try to upsell and thoroughly explain any recommendations for future service. Their pricing is much more reasonable than the dealerships.

These guys know Porsches. I took my car to a local Porsche dealer for some work, and their communication was horrible. You won't have that problem at House Automotive. Excellent service from John! This was my first visit to House Auto. The job to address cylinder failure code error on my 2011 Panamera was $1000 less than the quote from my old mechanic for the exact same repair!Work was performed in 1 day, car was washed beautifully and a list of other preventative maintenance was provided.This is a great shop I will return for sure
